The video we watched on monday made me feel sad, but not your regular sadness, i felt it in my chest. a sadness that hollows you out and and leaves you feeling empty, feeling the cold wind, whistle through your body. What those kids went through, i couldnt imagine going through. They are very brave.
A book i read previously reminded me of what we watched. There are so many boys, girls, kids in general that have harsh trials to face, and many dont make it through them. My heart go's out to them, because for most they dont have any helping hands. We need to help!
There is so many things we could do to help, but they go over looked. We, as a people that have the resources to help, need to lend a hand to our fellow man. Get involved, volenteer your time, and give a couple dollars.
